Yesterday, I walked Beth to work. On the way back, I passed this building. I had read earlier that this building was supposed to have a really unique design, but it doesn't look that different to me. I guess it was the most expensive building in the world at the time it was built:

In Hong Kong they put statues of lions outside all of there building to symbolize their dominance over their competitors...ok, I made that up, but you would have believed me, right?

I don't know what it says, but it looks like fun!:

Hong Kong

We finally got internet access in our apartment so I can post some pictures!

Remember how I always said I wanted an apartment with access to the roof, so I can have a bbq and get a great view of the city...well, I got that too. Okay, so the view isn't that great...

bada, ba ba ba...I'm lovin' it...

As many of you know (that is the few of you, that read this blog) my wife and I will be moving to Hong Kong soon. Everytime I tell someone new about our move, I get the same reaction: "wow...huh...Hong Kong?" I try and tell people that it's not a 3rd world country, it's actually very developed. From as far as I can tell, it will have just about all the western conveniences we're used to...McDonald's for example. As I was thinking about this, I remember hearing how McDonald's in different countries serves different menu choices. So, I decided to check this out, to see what would be available in HK (thank you, internet) :

My Beautiful Wife

Beth has been getting on me for not posting to the blog for a while...so, it's only fair that I post a picture of her. This is still one of my favorite photos of her! Despite the fact that there's a line running through the picture due to the crappy camera I was using at the time.
